Four service users from the Relais Social Charleroi in Belgium conducted interviews with three European decision makers for FEANTSA.

They talked about the role of the EU in combating homelessness, participation of service users and the experience of homelessness.

This video brings together extracts from the interviews with Philippe Courard, State Secretary for Social Integration and the Fight against Poverty, Belgium, Isabelle Durant, Member and Vice President of the European Parliament and Jérôme Vignon, European Commission.
