The poor can’t pay

Wednesday 20 October 2010, by European Anti Poverty Network

EAPN Ireland is a partner in the Poor Can’t Pay Alliance, which launched its 2010 ‘Time to make a commitment’ campaign yesterday with two new online videos. The videos look at how further cuts will affect vulnerable groups, and also how such measures are likely to increase poverty and delay economic recovery. Please take a few minutes to look at the videos, share them with your colleagues and friends, add it to your facebook, and anything else that you can do to show your support. It is vital that we stand together against further reductions to the incomes of the poorest in Irish society.

You can access both videos (labelled 1 and 2) here: Link to poor can’t pay videos.
